Wide availability is something important to me as an author. Every week I work on improving the reach of my books and this week's project has been putting Haunt, my ghost romance, in audio on platforms other than Audible.
It has passed the audio quality control checks, so it should be available shortly on your favorite audio platforms like Spotify. It is also published in libraries and lending apps like Scribd, Everand, Overdrive, and more. They are all processing the file now, so you should see Haunt there over the next few weeks.
Audible doesn't allow authors any control over their pricing model, so I was never able to run sales. I don't like being told what I can and can't do by platforms with my own books, so I sent over an email and removed myself from exclusivity. I was going to do so anyway, but expedited the process as part of my goals for the year so I can get you better deals and options with my books sooner.
Now that I'm not Audible exclusive, I can run any sale I'd like to on other platforms.
You can buy Haunt's audiobook now for $5 with the code CELEBRATE on my website, and listen on any device using the Bookfunnel app. This deal is only available until January 31, 2024. If you see this after that date, you can still buy Haunt on my website for $6.95, less than the cost of Audible credits.
And if you missed the announcement on Instagram, I am updating my forbidden romance, Only, to have expanded content and new scenes. Once that is done, we'll also begin working on putting the book out in audio.
